ada yang tergila-gila ama resep masakan. aku lah yang jadi sasaran kegilaan itu. tiap hari minta pasangin link masakan. biar nyenengin hati dia aku cari deh blogger yang nyambung hehehe ohiya jadi inget ibu yang suka buka blogger ku *wink* [lambai-lambai sama mama yati] menurut pengakuannya buka blog-ku hampir tiap hari, bener ga ya?. ibu ini suka masak buat keluarganya ibu yang bersahaja asik buat ngobrol dan calon mertua yang gagal hehe -p. resep itu juga buat mama yati.
salah satu resep nih aku contohin.



Martabak Telur Abang2

BAHAN KULIT :
?250 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
?135 ml air
?50 ml minyak goreng
?garam
?minyak untuk merendam adonan

ISI
?100 gr daging giling
?2 siung bwg putih cincang
?1/2 bwg bombay cincang
?garam-merica-gula secukupnya
bahan isi ini ditumis semua.. sisihkan

PELENGKAP : aduk rata
?250 gr bwg bombay cincang
?250 gr daun bwg iris
?5 btr telur bebek
?garam - merica secukupnya..

CARA MEMBUAT :

KULIT :
?campur jadi satu bahan kulit
?uleni sampai tidak lengket
?timbang seberat 70 gr, bulatkan
?rendam dalam minyak selama 2 jam
lihat foto samping.

MARTABAK:
?campur bahan isi dan bahan pelengkap, aduk rata sisihkan.
?ambil satu bulatan adonan
?pipihkan dengan tangan, tarik kanan tarik kiri seperti abang2 itu ya.
?letakkan di penggorengan rata yang sudah dituang minyak goreng panas.
?setelah kulit agak garing tuangkan adonan isi
?lipat kulit kedalam
?masak hingga matang kecoklatan

PENYAJIAN:
?disajikan dengan acar dan kuah nya
kuah dibuat dari campuran cuka - air - gula dan kecap soy sauce dicicipi sampai sesuai dengan selera, ada yang suka asam dominan dsb
acar dibuat dari timun bawang merah cabe rawit hijau rendam dengan cuka - garam - gula - air..

TIPS:
?kalau kesulitan menggepengkan adonan seperti abang2, bisa digepengkan dengan gilingan kue yang dari kayu, kalau bisa diatas permukaan licin sperti marmer (meja dapur)
?kalau tidak ada telur bebek bisa diganti telur ayam..
?tepung terigu protein tinggi adalah yang berwarna biru >> saya pakai segitiga biru
?kalau bisa pakai penggorengan teflon yang rata itu dengan diameter minimal 30 cm biar mantaff
